About

Jennifer founded the UT Southwestern Med-Peds Residency Program and Division in 2016. She served as Residency Program Director until 2023 and still serves as the Chief of the Med-Peds Division, which is a division in both the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics departments. She also now serves as the Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs in Pediatrics, focused on recruitment, onboarding, career development, wellbeing, and promotion & tenure for 400+ faculty.
